Hello everyone. My name is Makoto.
I am an educator of Wine and Cheese, who is also a current WSET Diploma student.
I begun my career as a professional in Holistic Wellness (Aromatherapy) - my love and passion for everything "aromatic"led me enter into the world of wine and cheese.
I am fascinated by wine and cheese because by knowing them we can also learn history, culture and terroir behind.
I am not a Sommelier or in the position for marketing of wine and cheese.
I am an enthusiast who represent as the consumers and fellow enthusiasts therefore I believe to be in a position to tell true, unbiased opinions when I taste them.
I wish to be an opinion leader of this field some day, and I continue my own educations with WSET currently.
